So. You’ve been reading for a while or you’re just inspired by the awesomeness that is the momku and you want to write your own. But not only do you want to write your own momku, you want it to be read. By a wide audience, hopefully sharing your love for the poetic genre. Possibly one that will shower you with gifts and praise. Well, I think the best thing you could do is submit your work of love to The Momku!

Send your momku to the.momku@gmail.com, along with any identifying information you’d like included if you get published.
If it stands up to a rigorous critique by the best momku writers in the business (The Momku Blog, obviously), it’ll be submitted to the blog along with your information. You’ll also receive an email response letting you know your submission has published (though I’m sure, as an avid reader, you will be checking the blog every day).
Inspired to write poetry celebrating maternal love, but can’t really get those creatives juices flowing with the momku format? Write and submit in a different style! Momricks, momets, momzanelles, momtinas, the Momku Blog will give equal consideration to any interestingly done poetic style. Blank mom verse is definitely acceptable as long as it’s done well.
